Most people do not know the origin of the word narcissism. It comes from a Greek myth that can be summarized in a few short sentences. A man by the name of Narcissus could not have been more infatuated with himself. He was known far and wide for his stunning attractiveness, to which he believed none could rival his beauty. One day he found himself staring into a lake and saw his own reflection. He grew so in love with his own self-image that he could not force his gaze away from the lake, and eventually he died from not moving. I believe such a story is extremely fitting to today, as we have not seen a level of grotesque narcissism on display like we are now in quite some time.

I'm sure most people did not pay much attention to the G7 summit. Who really cares after all? It's a bunch of politicians getting together to rub elbows (I mean that literally and figuratively, they all rubbed elbows the whole conference because of COVID). Just from the cover photo of this piece, do these people look the part of world leaders?

Boris Johnson positioned himself as the British version of Trump. With such events as Brexit taking place, the British populace made a resounding statement rejecting the corrupt status quo politics that career politicians have developed as the norm over the last few decades. Boris however, is no Donald Trump. He's a salesmen of that worst order, making a man like Bernie Madoff look honest. He was willing to say whatever he thought the people wanted to hear, just so he could get into office. Just like most of the others, he sold his soul for a brief moment in the lime light. Now he thinks he's more important than the President of the United States. Just look how he shrugs Joe aside. Winston Churchill might have been able to pull off such a maneuver, but Boris is nowhere near the same class. Look at Sleepy Joe, he's going to let a guy like Boris Johnson take him to the cleaners?

How about Justin Trudeau? Let's take a look at a photo from a Trump era G7 Summit.

Do you see those socks? That man has imposed insane restrictions across the Canadian providences. While I was in Florida for a month, I met a Canadian man and his wife trying to flee their country. They told us the curfew was so strict if you got caught outside you could be fined thousands of dollars, and face jail time. Trudeau isn't a tough guy, he just wants to look the part so he can sit at the table with Boris Johnson and the other cool kids. He's a pansy at heart. He'll throw the occasional priest in jail to look rugged, but he is really just a cuddly poodle masquerading as a bear. He stands no chance negotiating with the alphas of the wold. Trudeau is the my little pony version of Vladimir Lenin. He'll back off as soon as he sees someone out of his league, and for him that's most people.

Let's take a look at some of the characters back home. Kamela Harris is probably the closest real life version of Narcissus we can possibly come close too. I observed her over the course of the Presidential campaign, and everyday she would post multiple Instagram videos of herself walking off the plane in slow motion to slick music. Additionally, take a look at the photo below.

The above photo is a faceless cookie of Kamela she was seen passing out on a plane during her travels. How obsessed with yourself do you have to be to walk around with cookies of your own likeness?

I don't want some of the lesser known characters to get looked over - lets examine Kevin McCarthy. To say he has a piece of spaghetti for a spine would be an insult to my Italian heritage, and that's a level of self-deprecation I refuse to levy upon myself. He's the type of guy you want to think will do the right thing, but will let you down 100% of the time, yet you want to keep thinking he'll change his ways - he won't. Here he is featured below with Democratic operative Frank Lutz, who spent a ton of money to have his mansion designed to look like the White House.

All these people don't care about you. They just want to live life and enrich themselves at your expense. They love themselves more than anything. I could go on and list out another hundred examples, but the point I am trying to make is these are our word leaders?

What about Dr. Anthony Fauci (Dr. Doom)? We cannot forget him. By the way, anybody know where he found the time to pose for this magazine cover and write a book during a global pandemic?

He came cheap - a magazine feature, a salary of $400k a year, and some media interviews. In truth however, do you know why politicians like large government bureaucrat's like Fauci so much? A long time ago Rush Limbaugh told the story about the Blue Ribbon Commission established a long time ago in California. The particulars of the story aren't as important as the outcome. Local politicians were trying to accomplish something they knew would be unpopular, but didn't want to take the blame for the end result. So they established a commission of unelected officials to do their bidding, and when the public started to voice negative opinions the commission would take the fall, and the politicians would escape unscathed. Dr. Fauci fits such a mold, along with the other large faceless government institutions. These people can say and do anything, but at the end of the day nothing happens. They cannot get forced out of office via votes, and their actions cannot be linked to any particular politician. As a result, everybody can continue their narcissistic behavior to no end and enrich themselves.

I put the following photo together below partially in the spirit of our latest newsletter to come out I will link below.

Just recently I was driving through Boston when my mother noticed a sign that said, "Take the vaccine and get $20 for slot machines at the local casino." That's what these people above think of you - you're worth $20 bucks, and they are laughing themselves silly all the way to the bank because they are getting fat and happy. All of them, but especially Nancy Pelosi are worth million of dollars off of a public servants salary, and nobody seems to care. Society keeps electing these narcissistic people to office, and they in turn have caused immense damage that has paid an almost immeasurable toll on the world.

When is enough going to be enough? When are we going to hold the government accountable for not solving problems, but exacerbating them? Unelected officials like Dr. Fauci should not be a tool in the arsenal of political malfeasance, and nobody should be able to hold public office and utilize it for their own personal gain. It's time we pull Narcissus from the lake and throw a bucket of cold water in his face and tell him to wake up - too much is at stake.
